Tuna trip without tuna

Postby off gassing » Sun Nov 12, 2017 8:27 am

Headed offshore to find some tuna, we were locked and loaded with gear and bait. Then things went astray, my buddies boat running with me sucked op a rope in his shell destroying lower unit. Some of his crew through there bait and beer on my boat while he crept back to Biloxi on one motto. We where not able to locate any shrimp boats or tuna in the area we were at. Shiffted gears and started fishing for some other species. Caught some nice grouper, lesser AJ, and b-liners.

Your photo caption says gag grouper, but those sure look like scamp to me. Nice fish.
