Barry Contact customer service with your issues. Those fittings are not bonded. We have never bonded the pickups and we have been doing it the same way since 1998. Yes that weight includes hardtop and motors. It does not include any fluids.

Just for example the last 255DC boat that shipped weighed in at 5860lbs.
This boat had all options. Charger, power assist, bow filler etc.

The transom angles on the 295 and 290 models are exactly the same. The difference between the two are the running surfaces. I have know experience in adding wedges to the transom. If you where talking to a dealer they might have had a customer try it and can help you more.

Ridhard The original post was concerning a SC model. The TE model is different. Your battery box floor is not foam filled like other models. You should have small drainage holes in the floors. Might be hard to see with the batteries installed. There is also fish box pumps in those compartments with ...

I would check the wiring coming out of the battery switch where it connects to the key switch wiring. May have a bad connection. Here is a diagram.
