Your not going to be able to fix the cracks where they will be cosmeticly acceptable and not return in the future. Don't have access to a 33te to measure but if I remember correctly there is a inspection plate in the aft fish boxes that gives access to the forward bilge pumps. It may fit in that area. Next to the batteries? The batteries are sitting on a raised foam filled sub floor that is glassed over. The transducer will not work there. What model transducer did you get?
