I had Rocket trailers in Fort Myers build my new one they did a awesome job. I have the new style stainless brakes and all stainless hardware. I pulls great just towed it to the keys and back for the weekend.
How long are you going to be down there we travel down June 8th for the rest of the summer. I don't know how you usually tow down but the easiest way is i75 to 27 to 997. It's the easiest way with a cat on a trailer. We were down for Memorial Day weekend the traffic sucks.
I have Raymarine Downvision and Sidevision, but I trailer my boat so I use transom mount transducers. That is what I would recommend to you as well cats don't have enough hull area to thru-hull mount safely.
I'm looking for a new trailer for my 230. I have a magic tilt now buts a 2002 needs new brakes and axles due to its age. I trailer a lot for work so I need a smooth pull. N

A update to this post. I have a friend who pulls his 325 Everglades down from Vero beach the boat is 10'6" wide so he get a permit yearly to tow the boat. Since we all read this post on the hull truth, he's called Monroe county sheriffs office. They will escort you through the keys for $160 eac...
