Anyone know how to fix or upgrade my windshield hinge? I have a request in at WC and we’ll see what they come up with, but wouldn’t mind a whole new hinge if that’s feasible. The plastic “quick connect” pictured is failing.

Very nice! I've always wanted a 266 D.C. too. Looks great, and I bet it really blocks the wind. Surprised you had to work that hard to get someone to build you one.

I heard that was a problem associated with early production 320's. something to do with a new method of Glueing the bulkheads in that WC was told would work great. Yes, that is beautiful water, and again what a great restoration. It is great that you have a dry bilge, but the reason that I mention the thru hulls is that old plastic ones tend to be very brittle and break off at the worst time.
Great job, the boat looks awesome! Don't forget to change out those through hulls, hate to see her on the bottom of the ocean after all that work. Also, let us know how the high speed handling goes with her trimmed up.
