World Cat Trailer

Good Evening, I just sold my 266 World Cat and the gentleman did not need the trailer so I knocked off a few thousand and will sell it outright. If anyone is interested in a World Cat Trailer please let me know and I will be more than happy to show/sell it to you. The trailer is a 2003 and I got it ...

Re: 266 LC

Hello, I have removed mine on my current LC and have removed them on a previous LC. On the port side you can go down in the head and remove the 4 screws facing the seat. From there you will see several nuts to remove from the seat back itself. Be sure to reach around as far as you can to get any add...

Re: Blocking a World Cat

Update, Someone who owns a World Cat from the "Hull Truth" sent me some pictures and show how easy this can be done. He laid the 6 x 6 across the I beam on the boat lift front and back and simply raised the lift. It is perfect.

Blocking a World Cat

I would like to work on the Hull of my World Cat 266 LC. In order to do so I would need to block it or at least lift it off the trailer or my boat lift. Does anyone know who to block a world cat? I was thinking of putting down a couple of 6 x 6 on my boat lift. Put the boat over the lift and lift it...

Re: close call

I have had a problem like this one. I have been pulling my hair out trying to find the problem. There are no issues in the hull of the boat. I do not have any underwater through hulls on my World Cat 266 LC (Leisure Cat). The side through hulls are above the waterline and appear to be solid. I have ...

Re: Water in Starboard Hull

Now that my engine issue is resolved I plan on looking into the water leak. I will try running water over the drain holes in the stern and see if water is coming in. I am still open to any and all suggestions. This problem is driving me crazy. Here is what I have done up to this point. I run the boa...

Re: RPM Loss

Hi Jim. I did find the problem. Well my Honda guy did. It was a bad spark plug on the starboard engine. We replaced all plugs on both engines and everything is running great. I have had it out several times and no issues since I got the boat back. Thanks for asking and I hope this helps someone else...

RPM Loss

Hello All, Happy Boating and Happy Mothers Day to all the women and wives. Without them we don’t get to do what we do. I have a recent problem. It started out when my 2012 Honda 150's (Still under warranty) began to lose RPMs while underway. NO ALARMS. The first time it happened I got a new Bulb and...

Re: Sonar Help

I have owned several garmin depth/gps. Every single one I have owned I glued directly to the inside of the hull in the bilge area. I just uses a simple 5 minute two part epoxy from home depot and glued it in. No sanding, etc. I put the glue on the bilge area and on the transducer itself. Push it dow...
